Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction and healthy skin are important to Anastasia Marie Laboratories. We are committed to providing you with high quality products and we will gladly replace any damaged or defective item. Amlab will only accept returns on items purchased from us directly. To return or exchange an item please call: 800-542-7546 or email us at customercare@amlab.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

• We cannot accept returns of products purchased from any other store, agent or other source.
• Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable on returns or exchanges.
• All refunds will be made by company check.

Please note, that NO RETURNS WILL QUALIFY for a credit or exchange without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) or if the above criteria is not met. Please make sure you qualify before returning your items.

 Return Procedure

Obtain your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) within 30 days of receipt of your order by emailing us at customercare@amlab.com or call us at 800-542-7546 anytime Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 CST. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise and a check will be sent to you.

• All products to be returned to Amlab must be in their original package and unused.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
• We cannot accept returns of products purchased from a retail location, or from any third party.
• Use a prepaid traceable and insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for return postage, lost or misdelivered items.     

Other Polices

• Checks sent to us for products must be imprinted with your name, physical address and imprint of the check’s issuing bank.
• If your check is declined, a fee may be assessed.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors on the web site on product packaging or related materials.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice.
